Breaking News ”“ In a shocking legal action, Taylor Rogers of Houston, Texas, has initiated a lawsuit against the City of Santa Fe and two law enforcement officials, claiming an extraordinarily brutal arrest that involved her face being forcibly held in a pile of fire ants.

This disturbing incident reportedly unfolded after Rogers, who was traveling with her son, became disoriented by the loud commands of a Santa Fe ISD officer, causing her to mistakenly drive in the wrong direction.

The situation escalated dramatically when Sergeant Ruben Espinoza allegedly struck her vehicle. Following this, Officer Christian Carranza is accused of extracting Rogers from her car, throwing her onto the ground, wrenching her leg, and pressing her face into a swarm of fire ants.

The horrifying ordeal was reportedly captured on body cam footage as Rogers desperately cried out for assistance.

In response to inquiries, the Santa Fe Police Department has refrained from commenting, citing the active legal proceedings surrounding the case.
