The Biden White House has officially issued a memorandum to the Secretary or State for “Unexpected Urgent Refugee and Migration Needs.”
In the memorandum President Biden has authorized the Secretary of State to go to Congress to present $500 million in spending to help migrate Afghan refugees to America.
