A recently filed Florida lawsuit seeks to silence the Trump Club of Saint Johns County for touting the endorsement of Donald Trump himself.

The basis of this lawsuit are the voter guides which are currently being distributed during early voting in Florida.

The lawsuit was filed over the use of the word “Republican”. It states that the voter guides that are being distributed are misleading as it gives the impression that the Republican Party and Donald Trump had endorsed the candidates.

The lawsuit also appears to be setting the stage for contesting certain elections when the candidates supported by the infiltrators lose. These elections will no doubt be contested.

The lawsuit clearly states that no monetary award is sought. It appears to be all about winning elections.

The lawsuit also seeks to bar the board members of the Trump Club from ever speaking the word “Republican” again.

The voter guide in question is pictured here as is contained within the Trump Club’s email. As you can see the Trump Club in no way represents itself as the official Republican Party endorsement. In fact it uses the word “Republican” as an adjective.

Donald Trump himself recently shared his support for the Trump Club of Saint Johns County and endorsed 3 of the same candidates in the process.

The bulk of the contention in Saint Johns County seems to be stemming from local County Commission races.

The lawsuit was petitioned by the illegitimately elected chairman of the local Republican Party Denver Cook. Cook is also a candidate in a local election himself.

Why has a local Florida GOP decided to challenge an organization that recently received the full support and endorsement of Donald Trump with lawfare? Will the Republican Party of Florida and its chairman Evan Power step in to support MAGA or has the entire Republican Party of Florida been compromised by liberal infiltrators? Time will tell………

UPDATE: I have been informed that the Saint Johns County Republican Party has not held a board meeting in months, and this lawsuit was not voted on. It appears that Cook has unilaterally taken it upon himself to silence Trump Conservatives.

I have personally spoken with Trump Club President Diane Scherff this morning and she has assured me that her fight to represent the people of Saint Johns County and the broader MAGA movement is far from over.

Cook has used his pulpit of the County GOP to call all voter guides issued by other Conservative organizations “fake”. It would appear that local conservatives are fighting back, as the Conservative Coalition of St. Johns County issued a cease and desist to Denver Cook today. Here is the press release they issued.

On Tuesday, August 13th The Conservative Coalition of St. Johns County, LLC has taken action against the St. Johns County Republican Executive Committee (REC) for falsely claiming that the voter guide published by the Conservative Coalition is “FAKE” or otherwise illegitimate.

In a cease and desist letter sent to Chairman Denver Cook and a Board member of the REC, the Conservative Coalition of St. Johns County, LLC asserts that these statements are not only false but also constitute a direct attack on the reputation and lawful operations of the organization.

The voter guide published by the Conservative Coalition of St. Johns County was developed in full compliance with all applicable Florida laws, including the disclaimer requirements outlined in Florida Statute §106.143. Any implication or outright claim that the voter guide is “FAKE” is a blatant lie and an attempt to mislead the public.

The cease and desist letter directs Chairman Denver Cook and the Board member of the REC to immediately cease and desist from making any further false statements about the legitimacy of the Conservative Coalition’s voter guide. They are also directed to remove all signage referring to the voter guide as “FAKE” from early voting locations, the REC Headquarters, social media, and email.

Failure to comply with the demands outlined in the cease and desist letter will result in legal action, including filing for injunctive relief, seeking damages for defamation, and pursuing any other legal remedies available under the law.

The press release has been sent to local media, including News4Jax and ActionNews.

Whatever happens with these local elections, it has became increasingly clear that Denver Cook and the Indivisible duo of Gaglianese and Gross will go to whatever means necessary to silence anyone who would potentially stand in opposition to them.

*Vice Chairman of St. Johns County Republican Executive Committee (SJCREC) Urges Caution on Allegations and Endorsements

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FL ”“ The Vice Chairman of the St. Johns County Republican Executive Committee (SJCREC) is calling on local media outlets in the greater Jacksonville area to exercise caution and journalistic responsibility when covering recent allegations of voter fraud and candidate endorsements related to the St. Johns County GOP.

It has come to our attention that several issues are currently under review and contention, which necessitates a careful and balanced approach to reporting:

1. Chairman Election Legitimacy: Multiple grievances have been filed with the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) challenging the legitimacy of the St. Johns County GOP Chairman election held in May 2024. The resolution of these grievances remains pending.

2. Contested Endorsements: The endorsements issued by the St. Johns County GOP are being contested with the RPOF due to procedural violations. Specifically, the required notifications about the candidate endorsement meeting and vote, which took place on June 1, 2024, were not properly communicated to all candidates and members. As a result, these endorsements are currently considered null and void.

3. Review Process Timing: The RPOF’s process for reviewing these grievances is likely to extend beyond the upcoming election, meaning final determinations may not be available before the August 20th primary election.

4. Endorsement Discrepancies: It is notable that none of the candidates endorsed by former President Trump or Governor Ron DeSantis appear on the St. Johns County GOP’s slate of endorsed candidates. This discrepancy raises questions and warrants further scrutiny.

5. Allegations of Fraud: No conclusive evidence has been presented identifying the perpetrators of the alleged voter fraud. This includes the possibility that the St. Johns County GOP itself could have been a beneficiary of media coverage favoring their endorsed candidates, who have had limited name recognition and were not included on the endorsement lists of Trump or DeSantis.

In light of these complexities, we urge media organizations to report that the St. Johns County GOP’s endorsements are currently under dispute and may have been issued in violation of RPOF rules. Additionally, it is important to clarify that organizations such as the Trump Club of St. Johns and the Conservative Coalition of St. Johns County have not been found responsible for any alleged fraudulent activities as suggested by the signs that the St. Johns GOP is displaying at polling stations.

Given the current confusion and potential for misinformation, we encourage the public to conduct their own research and not rely solely on any specific slate of candidates for voting decisions. Voting is a critical civic duty, and it is essential that each voter makes informed choices based on a thorough understanding of all available information.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and your commitment to responsible journalism.
