Huge BREAKING NEWS on your Monday as a Federal Judge in Florida has thrown out President Trump’s classified documents case in Florida.
Judge Aileen Cannon just dismissed Jack Smith’s Special Counsel’s case and says his appointment is unconstitutional. She dismissed it in a 93 page court document.
Cannon says Jack Smith’s appointment violates the appropriations clause of the United States Constitution. He was not appointed lawfully, and not appointed appropriately, according to Cannon.
The bottom line here, this documents case goes completely away for President Donald Trump.
Jack Smith two weeks ago received a major blow to that case two weeks ago when the Supreme Court sided with President Trump and other J6ers in their ruling.
