In a shocking turn of events, a dangerous child rapist from Haiti, Cory Alvarez, has been released back onto the streets of Massachusetts after a liberal judge in Plymouth Superior Court set his bail at a mere $500. This decision comes despite the strong opposition from the District Attorney, who argued that Alvarez posed a significant threat to the community.

Alvarez, who is accused of raping a 15-year-old disabled girl at a migrant hotel earlier this year, was released with the condition that he wear an ankle monitor. However, due to Boston’s status as a sanctuary city, federal authorities are unable to track his whereabouts.

The 26-year-old was arrested and charged with child rape at a hotel used to house illegal aliens and migrants, including those brought in under Joe Biden’s controversial parole program for Haitians. This program allows up to 30,000 individuals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to enter the U.S. after being supposedly vetted and having a sponsor in the country.

A grand jury recently indicted Alvarez on one count each of Aggravated Rape of a Child with a 10 Year Age Difference and Rape of a Child by Force. Alvarez arrived at JFK Airport in New York City in June 2023 under this program.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, ICE has filed a detainer on Alvarez with local authorities, and he had a sponsor listed in New Jersey as part of his parole. The Biden administration’s controversial CHNV parole program has brought at least 138,000 Haitians to the U.S. since its inception in January 2023.

This disturbing case highlights the dangers of the Biden administration’s lax immigration policies and the lack of accountability for those who commit heinous crimes against our most vulnerable citizens. It is a slap in the face to the victims and their families, and a betrayal of the trust that the American people have placed in our government to keep us safe.
