Rebecca’s career began in Warner Robins, Georgia, where she attended Georgia Military College before moving to Atlanta to pursue her passion in the music industry. At Redzone Entertainment, she started as a Project Manager, collaborating closely with renowned producers Christopher “Tricky” Stewart and Terius “The-Dream” Nash. Her role involved coordinating recording sessions for major pop artists like Beyonce, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and Katy Perry, contributing to Beyonce’s hit record “Break My Soul,” which topped charts.

Progressing to Creative Director and Director of A&R at Redzone, Rebecca expanded her influence in artist development and creative direction. Transitioning to Island Def Jam Records in 2009, she continued to excel by curating album track listings and exploring new business opportunities, shaping the label’s artistic direction.

However, Rebecca made a pivotal decision to prioritize family, leaving her music career behind and returning to Georgia, a significant adjustment from her previous life in New York City.

Post-2013, Rebecca diversified into brand management and government contract consulting. Notably, she served as the brand manager for Queen Diambi, facilitating travel logistics and securing speaking engagements, enhancing the Queen’s global presence.

Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Shadow On Demand, a groundbreaking private security service platform democratizing access to elite-level security services. By connecting clients with top-tier military veterans, the platform offers tailored security solutions across various environments.

Rebecca’s career evolution underscores her proficiency in strategic management, brand development, and innovative entrepreneurship across diverse sectors. Her commitment to impactful leadership is evident in her roles, including her upcoming endeavor to launch a private/home school faith-based education system in Georgia, driven by her Christian faith and children’s education.
