Parents in a Pennsylvania school district are up in arms after a self-described “queer witch” was invited to speak to 14-year-old students about sex and dating, sparking intense community backlash.
According to the Daily Wire, the uproar started when Deni Tobin addressed students at Unionville High School in Chester County. Tobin, who was born female, now identifies as a genderqueer male and uses he/him pronouns.

During the session, Tobin reportedly had students complete a sexually explicit survey that queried their gender identities and sexual activities an action that has particularly inflamed parental tempers.
Local attorney Chad Williams, whose child attended the presentation, highlighted that parents were neither informed nor given the option to exempt their children from the controversial lesson.

The school district has countered these claims, asserting that much of the public outcry is based on misinformation and that the content delivered by Tobin aligns with district policies.
However, many parents contest that if such policies indeed permit topics they find inappropriate, both the policies and the school board members responsible for them urgently need reevaluation.
