In this epic cartoon, Varvel shows a senile and delusional President Joe Biden stirring a big pot that has “Biden’s Policies” written on it.
He can be seen mumbling”This reminds me of my uncle Ambrose, for real, not a joke…”
Meanwhile Uncle Sam looks delusional and confused as cannibals off in the distance look hungry and eager to try what creepy Joe is cooking.
