Although the vehicle sustained multiple hits, the driver managed to pull over safely without sustaining any injuries.

Undeterred, Celestine continued her journey and unleashed gunfire once again near marker 107, striking another vehicle and causing injury to the driver’s neck.

The wounded driver was swiftly transported to the hospital, with updates on their condition currently withheld from the public.

Authorities apprehended Celestine at mile marker 96, where a search of her vehicle uncovered an AR-15 rifle and a handgun.
