In a resounding blow to left-wing overreach, the US Supreme Court delivered a unanimous ruling on Monday, affirming President Trump’s eligibility to remain on the Colorado primary ballot for 2024.

The Court further declared that states lack authority to wield Section 3 of the 14th Amendment against presidential contenders, cementing a 9-0 victory. Even the most fervent leftist justices fell in line with their conservative peers.

Monday marked a triumph of reason over partisan folly.

The decision constitutes a direct rebuke to the Colorado Supreme Court, whose audacious bid to dictate the Republican candidate for the people reeked of authoritarian echoes from the likes of Communist China’s grip on Hong Kong. Just as Beijing vets candidates before ballots are cast, Colorado Democrats seemed all too eager to emulate such heavy-handed tactics, masquerading it as “democracy.”

A scathing missive penned in response to the attempt to oust President Trump from the ballot lambasted the Colorado Secretary of State, highlighting the egregious affront to voter rights and election integrity. Rather than championing the people’s voice, the Secretary of State’s maneuver reeked of self-serving political agendas.

The letter, endorsed by Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Colorado GOP officials Dave Williams, Hope Scheppelman, and Anna Ferguson, warned of a groundswell of opposition, including potential recall efforts, to hold accountable those who trample upon the sanctity of democratic processes.

In the face of such brazen attempts to subvert the will of the people, patriots across Colorado and beyond stand united, resolute in their determination to safeguard the integrity of our elections and thwart any machinations aimed at disenfranchising millions.
