I’ve never subscribed to the idea that life’s encounters are merely coincidental. Instead, I firmly believe in the concept of divine appointments.
Just the other day, one such divine appointment unfolded at our southern border, near Eagle Pass.

On that eventful day, there were two contrasting political spectacles. In Brownsville, Texas, we witnessed a lackluster display featuring President Biden. Meanwhile, in Eagle Pass, President Trump energetically disembarked his plane and promptly engaged with border patrol agents.
As President Trump was preparing to depart, he unexpectedly encountered Franklin Graham, the renowned evangelist, on the tarmac. Graham happened to be present when Trump touched down.

The two men exchanged words briefly, and then Franklin Graham requested to offer a prayer over the president. Images capturing this moment can be found on my website.
It was a poignant scene a testament not just to two world figures sharing a moment, but to two men, heads bowed, seeking divine guidance from the Almighty.

The exact content of the prayer remains undisclosed, as it rightly should. However, it serves as a reassuring reminder that President Trump is receptive to wise, godly counsel.
