BREAKING: The alleged election interference case against @realDonaldTrump in Washington, DC, has been postponed indefinitely and removed from the court calendar. Originally scheduled for March 4, a day before Super Tuesday, the trial’s start date is uncertain until an appeal court ruling is issued.

Ateba Continued: It’s therefore getting a bit late to stop Trump before the presidential election in November!!!! I don’t know what the next plan is with this new development!

In late December 2023 Lawyers for former President Donald Trump asked a federal appeals court to throw out a case alleging interference in the 2020 election, arguing that he is immune from prosecution.

“Under our system of separated powers, the Judicial Branch cannot sit in judgment over a President’s official acts.”

It’s a move that should have been expected in a fair judicial system, but many conservatives weren’t counting on it in the two tiered justice system of America. A big win for the former President, and it now looks like other than the ridiculous Fani Willis case in Georgia, he’s moving on to the White House.
